Motorcycle SN04 ETX - psychotic driver!

I just saw this motorcyclist (today: 15:10:2009) on the Salisbury Road in Edinburgh making obscene gestures to the female driver of a car which was behind the motorcycle. When stopped at a junction, the nutter motorcyclist got off the bike, marched over to the car and jumped on the car's bonnet, screamed at the driver and then bent both of the car's wing mirrors backwards. The person then got back on the bike and just drove off. Impossible to say if it was a man or woman on the bike, but whoever they are, they shouldn't even be let out, never mind allowed to drive on the roads! Scary that there are such psychos freely roaming our city.
