Follow up to my original post.

This is the first time I have been tailgated for a mile of so for blowing my horn at a driver who thinks me indicating to change lanes without slowing means I am actually going to turn right across the traffic coming the opposite way.

The next thing I know is he's behind me and tailgating me to try and force me off the road and finally he forces his way in front and stops so quickly I have to do an emergency stop.

He also tells me that he has a tool that will rip my fucking head off. So I thought just let him get on with the ranting ...

It's just a matter of time before he will try this with an unmarked police car or they will pull him over for not wearing a seatbelt and what's the bet he's got no insurance etc...
