I own a european focus, and bought this book, since at the time it was the only one I could find. In all the aspects where the US/Canadian focus is the same as the european one, it's good, clear photographs as well as simple and to the point text. However the US foci are significantly different from the european ones, in a number of aspects, such as having a returnless fuel system, as well as all models having drum brakes at the rear. Also there are large sections dedicated to the 2.0 SPI engined cars, which thankfully are unavailable in europe.

So, if you own the 2.0 zetec focus, then this book will be a helpful companion for many routine tasks, such as switching front brakes, changing oil, etc. But beware that the foci's US cousin is a bit different. (And they don't cover the 1.4, 1.6, and 1.8 zetecs at all, if I remember correctly).
